District 5690 Goals - 2010/2011
1. Implement President Klinginsmith’s Program of Focus.
2. 80% of our clubs achieve Presidential Citation Status.
3. 100% of our clubs complete 990 Form and submit to IRS.
4. 90% of our clubs complete the Club Leadership Plan.
5. 100% of our clubs promote their club through news releases.
6. 100% of our clubs promote and increase their percentage of Rotarians
achieving Sustaining Member - Every Rotary Every Year, Paul Harris Fellowships, Paul Harris Society Status, Benefactor & Bequest Society, and Major Donor Status. Promote The Rotary Foundation and the good it does around the world. Give Foundation Programs and explain why we should support our Foundation.
7. Assistant Governors will visit their clubs every 90 days and call every 30 days
and submit a report to the District Governor within a week of their call and visit. We are there to serve - ask how we can help them!
8. Contact all District Chairman to give programs to your clubs. Have a program
from a District Chairman at least once a quarter.
9. Submit four pictures to the District Governor of your club’s projects by
June 1, 2010.
10. 50% of our clubs apply for a District Simplified Grant.
11. Increase membership of members under the age of 35 and women by 3 per
club.
12. District Team Leaders will explain to their clubs since we had poor attendance
at the Assembly and Membership/Foundation Seminar we are going to use webinars and conference calls to inform our clubs of Membership/Foundation issues. Chairs - Membership - DeAnn Sullivan - Foundation - Geri Appel will initiate the Webinars/conference calls.
13. Start at least one new Interact Club.
14. Start at least one new Rotary Club.
15. 50% of our clubs raise their Foundation Goal.
16. Support the GSE Chair and GSE Team and one new club host the incoming
GSE Team.
17. 70% of our clubs submit paperwork for District Awards.
18. Every Rotarian to wear their Rotary International Pin proudly 100% of the
possible time giving all those you encounter the chance to say, “Rotary, what is that? Now you have the opportunity to sell Rotary. Ask them to attend a meeting as your guest, give them the Brochure, “What is Rotary,” and then sign them up!
19. BECOME THE MOVING FORCE IN YOUR COMMUNITY AS YOU HAVE
FUN WITH FANTASTIC PROJECTS & PROGRAMS GENERATING OUTSTANDING FELLLOWSHIP AS YOUR CLUB BECOMES BIGGER, BETTER, AND BOLDER, “BUILDING COMMUNITIES BRIDGING CONTINENTS.”
