District 5690 - 2011/2012

Goals

  1.  Place our highest emphasis on the recruitment of new Rotarians and the

 involvement/retention of existing members.

  2.  As part of this emphasis, consider, as appropriate to each individual Club,

 focus on the attraction of under-represented groups including:

* Younger members

* Future community and business leaders

* Women

* Minorities

  3.  Establish at least one new Rotary Club, Interact Club and Rotaract Club.

  4.  Attain or exceed Rotary Foundation goals as follow:

* Annual Programs Fund

* Polio Plus

* Increase in the number of Clubs/Rotarians attaining:

EREY Status

Paul Harris Fellowships

Paul Harris Sustaining Memberships

Paul Harris Society Memberships

$100 per capita annual giving

  5.  Initiate at least one new, sustainable project in each Club.

  6.  Initiate the transition to full electronic communication throughout the District.
